1. Children policy:

- Infant 0-1 year(s) Stay for free if using existing bedding.
(baby cot free if request)
- 1st Child 2-4 year(s) Stay for free if using existing bedding
- 1st Child 5-11 year(s) Pay the extra charge for the breakfast of 15$/ day if using existing bedding 
- 2nd Child 2-11 year(s) The extra bed is required
- Guests over 11 years old are considered as adults.
Extra beds are dependent on the room you choose, the Deluxe room can not put extra bed.

2. Payment:

- All payment will be settled before guests check-out.

3. Check-in & check-out policy:

Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time is at 12:00 noon.

Extension of check-out time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:

- Late check-out before 18:00 – 50% of booking rate

- Late check-out after 18:00 – 100% of booking rate

4. Cancellation & No-show case:

Group from 10 rooms and up:

- From 11 to 15 days prior to arrival date - 10 days prior to arrival date

- 50% of the first night revenue of all rooms confirmed - 100% of the first night revenue of all rooms confirmed

Group from 05 to 09 rooms:

- From 07 to 10 days prior to arrival date - 06 days prior to arrival date

- 50% of the first night revenue of all rooms confirmed - 100% of the first night revenue of all rooms confirmed

Group up to 04 rooms:

- From 03 to 05 days prior to arrival date - 02 days prior to arrival date

- 50% of the first night revenue of all rooms confirmed - 100% of the first night revenue of all rooms confirmed

No-show case:100% of the first night revenue of all rooms confirmed

Note:Please note that a marriage certificate will be required by the hotel if a foreigner wishes to share a room with a Vietnamese woman. Otherwise, the hotel may reject the booking or request that a second room be booked.
